Its just a 10-minute walk to the train and less than 15 minutes by the N or the Q to get into the city. Parking is also available nearby.
The area has lots of local bars, restaurants, and lots of other great stuff to do.
Its an ideal spot for recent college grads and other twentysomethings looking for an affordable apartment near the city without giving up living space.
Rent is $915 a month, plus utilities. Wi-Fi is included in the rent cost.
